ABOUT STEVEN
Steven Andersen is the founder of Syndicate Racing, building the team around preparation, teamwork, and a passion for competitive sim racing. After joining iRacing three years ago, Steven spent his first two seasons racing almost exclusively on oval tracks before expanding into road racing in 2025.
While oval racing remains his strongest discipline, Steven has made major strides on the road side over the past year and a half, becoming a competitive driver across both disciplines. His versatility allows him to compete in everything from NASCAR-style oval events to high-level endurance races.
Through Syndicate Racing, Steven continues to grow the team into a competitive and supportive environment where drivers can develop their skills and compete at a high level across multiple racing disciplines.

ABOUT MATT
Matt Hew serves as the Sporting Director for Syndicate Racing and plays a central role in the team’s organization and competitive operations. Matt and team founder Steven Andersen have been racing together for many years, long before Syndicate Racing was established, building a strong foundation of teamwork and experience.
In his role as Sporting Director, Matt helps oversee race preparation, scheduling, and stewarding to ensure events run smoothly and competitively. His leadership and attention to detail are instrumental in maintaining the structure and standards that keep the team operating at a high level.
Matt is also a vital member of the team’s LMP2 program, bringing four years of iRacing experience and valuable endurance racing knowledge to the prototype lineup.

Known for his smooth driving style and race management, Devin plays a key role in guiding the team’s prototype program and helping prepare Syndicate Racing drivers for elite endurance competition.

ABOUT CHRISTIAN
Christian Julian serves as one of the Syndicate Racing administrators and stewards, helping ensure fair competition and smooth race operations for the team. In addition to his leadership role behind the scenes, Christian is also an active driver who regularly competes in endurance and sports car events with the team.
Outside of driving, Christian is also an amateur commentator and broadcaster, contributing to race coverage and bringing additional insight to the broadcast side of sim racing events.
With two years of iRacing experience, Christian has already built an impressive list of results across multiple disciplines, including wins in GT3, Formula 4, and prototype competition. His versatility and commitment to the team make him a valuable part of Syndicate Racing both on and off the track.
